to AIG!!??   Gee, I wonder where they will be hosting their next “massage and wax job“?  Tax payers not invited.

“Don’t worry be happy.” -   This seems to be the new fight song for the US.  You can do no wrong, but should you miss-step, “don’t worry”, the State will pull you through.

W(H)AMU(you).  Thank you.  Thank you very much.

Katie Couric:  Thank you for the Palin interviews.  They helped to reinforce that Palin is not ready for prime time.

Is it me or has McCain acquired a new shadow?  Joe Lieberman:  McCain’s new vice presidential candidate???

To debate or not to debate.  This is the “question du jour”.

My Dear Americans, please write a check in any amount payable to the United States government (us) and send to the IRS. We might as well get started at paying off this debt that we will incur sometime this week (or next) when Congress passes the legislation before them regarding the buyout of bad debt.  And “No”, you may NOT deduct this amount from your 2008 Federal tax because services are provided.  I think.

Well its now McCain and Obama. What!?, you want me to say more. The national average for regular gas is now $4.00+/gallon. The Europeans seem so be having a European truckers road blockade. Why is it we believe demonstrations about rising energy costs are going to reduce energy costs. We here in the US seem to not worry about rising energy costs because after a few weeks of uncertainty we have been able to reach into “the hat” and pull out a white rabbit. Problem solved!!!! Well the bad news is the rabbit is no longer in the hat and energy prices are not coming down. Now we will have to deal with it. I hope we are up to it. Now about the South Koreans position on US beef. If you don’t want it don’t import it. It is as simple as that. There is no need for street riots – unless of course you want street riots. I can say that I have been eating US beef and have had no problems except for the occasional loss of equilibrium. But not to fear I get right back up and don’t miss a tic. Oh!!!, maybe I should not mention THE tic.

Today the primaries are held in two states: Indiana and North Carolina. If Senator Obama should sweep both states then I would believe that Senator Clinton will step down and the real race for the white house get started. If however she takes Indiana then the race will probably continue. No shortage of coverage tonight on you favorite channel.

…and so the government has decided to inventory our nuclear fuses/triggers. Have you ever been in a major chain hardware store after they conducted inventory? There are tags all over the place – Caulk tubes: 100, caulk guns: 50, paint 1-gallon pales: 100, paint 2.33-gallon pales: 120 – vendor unknown. Cleanup on isle 19!!!!! I wonder? Does the Pentagon have a “ship’s store”?

Today I was pondering the “run for the White House”. It seems to me that the Democrat’s inaction since the last election and the missteps of the two Democratic front runners have all but given the “Oval Office” to McCain. I am looking to 2012 for salvation. What’s that? I should look further ahead!? Ohhhhhhh…
